Delivery & return shipment


The delivery times specified by (U3 Products) are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery term gives no right to compensation or the right to cancel orders or to dissolve the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery term is such that it can not reasonably be expected that the agreement will be maintained. In that case, the customer is entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as this is necessary. The delivery of the products takes place at the place and time at which the products are ready for shipment.

Return shipments

All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt after which a refund of paid money follows. However, it is expressly stated here that the seal / packaging of the articles may not be broken and the articles are delivered undamaged at (U3 Products). This in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. If this aspect is not respected we can unfortunately not take back the items and not cancel the payment.

It must be checked whether the items delivered at home comply with the order. If this is not the case then this can be reported to (U3 Products) by e-mail within 7 days stating the order number in the subject of the e-mail, and a clear explanation of why the article does not comply. (U3 Products) will replace the article or cancel the payment if it is shown that the article is not accepted for valid reasons.

In the exceptional case that an item is sent that does not comply with the order, (U3Products) reserves the right to replace the item with a new one or to return the amount paid. (U3 Products) takes the return shipping costs for her account. If something needs to be returned, the following steps must be taken:
